"Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. Therefore, communication is extremely challenging in case you have a question or need...

"The hotel is really nice, the rooms are great, the views are breathtaking and both of the pools are great too. The staff is really nice but aren’t effective. Sometimes you have to wait almost an hour for a burger and a bottle of water. The prices are cheap and everything is still really good."

"Enjoyed my time staying at Art Villa Hotel! All staff were very friendly and were able to address any needs/concerns. Only drawbacks were that there are no towels provided and the AC didn’t work too well. Other than that it was a great stay."

"The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. "
