"In der Straße befinden sich viele Ferien- und Wohnhäuser. Die Straße selbst ist recht ruhig, auch nachts war es angenehm ruhig. Es sind nur wenige Minuten Gehzeit zum Strand, auch das Einkaufszentrum ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar,. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und sauber. Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine haben ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. "Just returned from a marvellous vacation in Ricardos villa. We were 9 people and there was plenty of beds and room for everyone. On arrival we were met by the friendly and helpfull owner Ricardo, who showed us around and explained everything about the house and area. The villa has 3 floors. "Fuldstændig fantastisk beliggenhed, rummelig spansk villa, eksotisk have med kaktus og geko. Så tæt på havet man kan høre det. Fin og tilgængelig kommunikation. Veludstyret. Huset er lidt slidt. Vi manglede et stort spejl."

The lockbox was faulty on arrival resulting in a call out. We were advised 10 mins. Someone arrived 1.5 hours later with no updates provided. I understand problems arise but communication was very poor with the company managing the property. Hopefully it's now fixed so others can enjoy this lovely property."

"This property looked like great value for money and we weren't disappointed! It was clean, comfortable, great outside space, sufficient kitchen and comphy bed. A few things were a bit tired but for the price we weren't expecting 5*! A great location in a quiet street, limited traffic and quiet hours after 10. "Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die beiden Strände sind nur 1-2 Gehminuten entfernt und auch der Spar Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in und Check-out waren super einfach und problemlos. Die Parkplätze sind zwar sehr ausgelastet, aber wir konnten immer eine Lücke in der Nähe finden. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder besuchen und allen weiterempfehlen. "

"Place was as advertised and location was great. 30 second walk to the beach and oceanfront boardwalk. Less than 5 minute walk to the shopping centre for groceries. guaranteed parking spot inside. Check in is a bit funky as the keys to get inside the compound are locked inside the condo which has a combination lock on the front door. A helpful neighbor let us in through the main gate.
