"I also didnt want to leave an amazing review as i dont want this place to be as popular. The staff on arrival were so welcoming and helpful and as a solo traveller this is always a bonus. The room had a balcony overlooking the pool and just beyond that is the sea. Perfect weather and views all round. The food and drinks at the bar are so reasonably priced and both excellent. Special thanks to Ana she is amazing and also Mario for making me feel so at home."

"OKU Ibiza is a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Reason for rating our stay with only two stars is that we had a luxery junior suite where the aircon was malfunctioning. The issue was addressed every day but never fixed. Standard answer was 'I am really sorry about that' but difficult to use that for anything. We paid almost EUR 4500 for three nights and did not have one good night of sleep. Just not good enought."

"The staff were amazing! Made our stay. Ana the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and rooms were clean great! If you’re staying in a Concept hotel you can use the pools of the other hotels which is great they’re very close to each other and the music at Romeo’s is not great. For in with the theme of the hotel though so understand why. Would 100% stay at this hotel again or any of the concept hotels. "

"The views were nice, food wasn’t good but the phones or tv wasn’t working. I asked for towels 3x & I had to literally walk to the front desk to make certain I get them on time. The butler wasn’t much help either. I stayed in the signature level."

"Me and my boyfriend stayed in hotel Marfil for 10 days and we were complitely satisfied with everything. The location was good: supermarket and laundry just right next door, beach is in 5 min walk and free parking lot in 3 min. The biggest surprise was the service of reception. We had breakfast included, however they tried to fulfil our own extra preferences when we had them. Other than that, they gave a lot of advice with traveling around the island. We extremely suggest this hotel."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very comfortable. We went in March so it was fairly quiet in the area. The staff were kind and very helpful. Our room was clean and bright with lots of windows. There wasn’t much privacy in the bathroom with glass walls and doors so it would be best suited for solo traveller or close couples. "
