"We loved the villa - the location is perfect - secluded yet connected and within easy reach of the beach and supermarkets and other shops. It's a beautiful property - well kitted out and comfortable. Our trip being in April we were worried about the variability of the weather - we had some cooler days and nights - but the villa was warm and comfortable. "Due to word limitation I cannot express how pleased we were with Villa TuloWe spent 15 nights at Villa Tulo, arrived late evening to a very generous welcome pack, easily the best we have had in our 10 yrs visiting Kalkan. Access to the Vila was easy enough via the key lock. Although the Villa is “above” the D400 do not let that put you off. The location is great. The views from the roof top terrace are amazing. You can walk down into town in around 20 mins, or it’s a 5 min taxi ride. Tip for...

"A wonderful villa with views to match. We couldn’t have picked better. The villa was extremely clean and tidy and just perfect for a couple. The pool was an added bonus. Arif the owner was absolutely delightful and was nearby if there were any issues but needless to say we did not need to trouble him as everything was perfect. This is a villa we would definitely return to again. Thank you for the use of Mini Arden."
