"Overall a beautiful villa with stunning views. Close to local shops. Pool was great for kids. Host was very helpful and always responded to queries or requests. Only downside is that showers need more pressure. Would recommend to families or large groups as would comfortably accommodate 10 people. "

"Absolutely stunning house and the most magnificent view! Everything was perfect with the house, the office manager can help with filling the fridge before arrival, transfer and everything. Wish we had used it more. Really cheap to take taxi to the town, and they are quick to come and pick you up. Had a full day of sailing which was also wonderful."

"Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr viel Platz. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigte. Zur Begrüßung war frisches Obst bereitgestellt und im Kühlschrank waren ebenfalls Lebensmittel vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr unkompliziert und stets positiv. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und auch die Poollandschaft sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Villa und können nur positive Erinnerungen behalten. "

"Villa Blue is a great place to stay. The location is great and you have excellent access to town. Mike gave us all information needed to make our stay as easy as possible. Ibo the maintenance manager was also on hand and resolved any issues we had. The villa is comfortable with a large outdoor pool area and equipped with everything you need. We would definitely recommend it."

"Beautiful villa with stunning views across to Kalkan Bay. The villa was well equipped and provided our family of varying ages with lots of space and in house entertainment. The infinity pool was a welcome relief from some very hot days. We also had caterers for one evening "

"The hosts (Cengiz and Fiona) helped arrange for the airport transfer, a memorable boat trip and an expert chef for cooking at the villa. Our family had a wonderful time. The location is perfect with a panoramic view of the Kalkan coast. We will definitely come back in the future."

"The property was spotless upon entry and provided all the amenities we wished for. Walking distance to Kalcan which is important and communication with owner was perfect. "We had a wonderful stay in Villa Benita. It has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The air conditioning was very welcome as was the pool, which is cleaned daily. There are lots of shady areas if you want to get out of the sun and an amazing roof terrace if you want more once the pool is in the shade. "So, this was the first time that I'd ever stayed in a villa in Kalkan having previously stayed at a nearby hotel. Communication from the owner was great as was the payment procedure even though I was a little unnerved about not paying the deposit directly to VRBO. A quick chat with VRBO confirmed that this owner was the genuine article and was to be trusted. Prior to arrival, the owner sent us full details of the villa including WIFI, key safe codes, contact number and even step by step driving...

"Villa Manadlin is stunning and would highly recommend staying here. It is set over 4 floors with separate room / annex on bottom floor next to pool (we did not need to use this). Enough loungers at pool with very comfy padding - plus space in sun / shade to relax. Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"
