"Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern im Alter von 9 bis 13 Jahren. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, mit hochwertigen Möbeln innen und auch im Außenbereich. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Villa ist auch sehr gut: ein Auto wird benötigt, dann kann man sehr schnell verschiedene Strände erreichen. Die Ausflugstipps, die wir von Geir erhalten haben, waren ebenso super. Die Kommunikation mit ihm und Coskun, der vor Ort...

"This is the 2nd time were have stayed in this villa. We noticed some deterioration in the overall look of the property and I even got stuck in the downstairs en-suite shower room when I tried to exit this room and the handle came out of its fitting and I was unable to get out of the shower room. I spent around 45 minutes locked in and eventually the whole handle and locking mechanism had to be removed which was never replaced whilst we were staying in the property so had a large hole in the door...

"The villa was spacious enough for us all. A real treat to have bread delivered daily and the house to be cleaned daily. Nothing was too much trouble, A superb villa with all of the amenities you need. We came with 2 16 years olds and 2 19 years old. We all loved it."

Bayez Kelebek is well equipped and looked after brilliantly by the housekeeping team. Communication with Hans was excellent! We had the most fantastic holiday and stayed in the best villa in town!😊"

"Mehmet organised everything from the start. He arranged a pick up from the airport and was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived. He helped to organise taxis during our stay and was generally so helpful. The villa itself was just as shown and is a very short walk from a fabulous restaurant called “the Castle All in all a very pleasant stay"

"Absolutely stunning house and the most magnificent view! Everything was perfect with the house, the office manager can help with filling the fridge before arrival, transfer and everything. Wish we had used it more. Really cheap to take taxi to the town, and they are quick to come and pick you up. Had a full day of sailing which was also wonderful."

"First time in Kalkan and loved it. Villa is lovely, well equipped with great views. A lot of the owners belongings in the wardrobes and drawers that somewhat restrict storage for our clothes. Also the 5th “bedroom” is right at the top of the house located within the laundry room and had no access to a toilet and/or bathroom. This should be highlighted in the description. Also unfortunately the games room snooker table is in bad shape and the access is underneath the villa and down steep...

"We had a fantastic holiday in this villa. The pool was amazing and the kids were in it all day every day. The Villa was clean and well equipped. The location felt safe and was quiet with amazing views down onto Kalkan. It is a walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants and the incline back home was too much to walk but with readily available cheap taxis it was never a problem. The property owner was really helpful and on hand to provide any help or advice needed and gave lots of fantastic...

"We spent two weeks in Kalkan. We loved the villa set in a quiet location, with a lovely pool, and sea views. We headed up into the mountains and loved it, found great eateries. Kalkan was not for us as we are a little older. Everything is on extremely steep hills, anyone with any mobility issues will struggle. But if you are fit, this villa is gorgeous."

Otele yuruyerek ulaşmak ıcın kondısyonlu olmalısınız aksı durumda o rampaları çıkmak zor. Kaldığımız odanın manzarası muhteşemdi bütün kaşı görebiliyorduk. Giriş yaptığımızda odamız tertemizdi, fakat konaklama süresince temizlik yapılmıyor bu nedenle kendiniz temizlemelisiniz. Nevresim ve havlu değişimi için talepte bulunmalısınız odaya...
