"We really enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It was also very convenient to have 3 bathrooms. The location was very convenient, close to so much and steps from the beach. The only things I would recommend is to replace the stained rug and add some lamps in the living room. It was so dark since there is no lighting at all. It would also be helpful to have a binder with all of the info needed like where to access the beach, the code to the beach...

"We absolutely loved this property! It was perfect for us. The beach access is right across the street and the pool was perfection. We even enjoyed the rainy days sitting in the chairs on our patio. The beds were comfortable and I wanted to take that shower home with me. The landscaping lights wouldn’t turn on, so it would be nice if that was fixed for our next stay because it would make an even better atmosphere for nighttime dips in the spa. "Beautiful condo. Very clean. Pool was also very clean. View of bay was gorgeous and very close to an excellent restaurant, The Waterfront, which is a must try. Close to lots of shops, general store, ice cream, etc. We also rented a golf cart so never had to drive. Not even to the Publix. Definitely will be back. Hopeful the washer and dryers will be connected by then. That would be the only thing we would have added. Other than that excellent vacation!! "

"Nice 2 br - clean, easy to check in, great tv's, beach chairs and wagon to haul your gear to the very close beach just a few houses away, less than 5 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches anywhere. Would highly recommend !"

"Location was perfect. Just å short stroll to the beach and cozy restaurants/cafes. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and was spacious for 7 people. The house can easily fit 11-12 people.We met the owner also, and he was helpful and polite. We highly recommend this place if you want a perfect stay on AMI!"
