"We loved our stay as a family with teens. The layout of the house was great and the location couldn’t be beat! We walked to Pine Street for dining/shopping and were just a few houses from the beach! Even though the house is right on the main street once evening fell it was very quiet and there was no road noise. The uniqueness of the interior was actually very charming in person! "

It was just my husband and I...In our opinion, this 2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom (tiny shower, low water pressure) would not have been ideal for more than 2 people or for small children. (Our toddler would need space to play, haha.)GREAT location to Bridge Street! We enjoyed the very close walk to Nautilus Cafe each morning and the short walk to Bridge Street. The bay view was very relaxing and the property was quiet - even being so close to a marina and bridge....

"The cottage is just beautiful. It's very historic and true to Old Florida while being impeccably beautiful inside. The renovation done is an impressive feat of retaining the historic charm while providing all the modern amenities. Cottage is squeaky clean, bed was so comfortable, and it was nice for us to be able to spread out a bit in the evening to our own decompression spaces.
