Gather in the bright, airy living space that has a plush sectional and a tv, and to the side are French doors that lead to the fantastic backyard. In the kitchen are stainless steel appliances, light tile, and a spacious island looking out to the living room. Enjoy meals and great conversations with friends and family at the dining room table.

The primary bedroom is a perfect retreat, with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower to freshen up after soaking in the Florida sun. With a queen bed and bunk bed, the second bedroom is perfect for young guests. A spiral staircase in the backyard takes guests up the private suite. Equipped with a kitchenette, and features a mini-refrigerator, microwave, countertop seating, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination, this space is ideal for multiple families traveling together or guests who like their personal space.

The unique pool area features an ankle-deep path connecting the hot tub to the heated pool, with stepping stones leading to the home's entryway. Lounge in an Adirondack chair in the shade of the palms, or settle in with a cool drink on the pool's submerged seating ledge. Rinse the sand from your feet in the outdoor shower.

Catch a breathtaking sunset on Bean Point Beach and take a twelve-minute walk to Pine Avenue for boutique shopping, unique restaurants, and where you can catch the island trolley.
