"Overall the house was great for 3/4 families with kids. The location to the beach was perfect -- very close. The "Cowboy" pool is perfect for kids 6 and under. The outdoor kitchen area downstairs would be really nice if it was a bit cooler. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and instructions were clear. The house could use some touch ups is my only gripe. 4.5/5 stars"

"You can see the ocean from the property. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful. We enjoyed the ice cream truck that came buy on Saturday. It brought back memories when i was a child. "

Exceptional pet friendly. The gate at the top of the stairs allowed our dog to enjoy outdoors and freely roam the entire balcony. When we return to this area, this home will be our first choice!"
