With plenty of space, a charcoal grill, and a quick drive to the beach, Hook, Wine & Sinker has everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

● Location: Surfside Beach in Freeport, Texas

● Beach access: Surfside Beach is only a five-minute drive away.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 12 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: We can fit up to 4 cars in the driveway.

The kitchen, seamlessly connected to the living area, boasts a large island with ample counter space, two ovens, and a spacious refrigerator. Imagine mornings spent here, the whole crew lingering over coffee and orange juice, excitedly planning adventures on the water or building sandcastles on the beach.

Two inviting bedrooms reside on the main floor, sharing a well-appointed bathroom. The first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and private access to the canal-view deck. The second bedroom offers comfortable sleeping arrangements with two queen-size beds. Each bedroom boasts its own vanity sink for added convenience. Tucked away on this level, a laundry nook adds a touch of coastal charm.

Climb the stairs and be greeted by a stunning vaulted ceiling in the master suite. A king-size bed rests within a dramatic frame, inviting relaxation. Glass doors lead out onto a private balcony with breathtaking views of the canal. Plush carpeting throughout the spacious room creates a tranquil ambiance. The en-suite bathroom is a true haven, boasting a giant soaking tub, two separate vanities, a separate walk-in shower, and a door leading out to the canal-front balcony.

The fourth bedroom offers a queen-size bed, perfect for additional guests. The fifth bedroom, a dedicated bunk room, features a clever triple bunk bed (Queen, Full, Twin), accommodating multiple guests comfortably. This bunk room shares access to the luxurious master bathroom, making mornings a breeze.

Rounding out the third floor is a dedicated game room, the perfect spot for family fun. Challenge your loved ones to a game of pool, relax on the window seat with a good book, or gather around the flat-screen TV for a movie marathon. A comfy futon even provides additional sleeping space for two guests.

Head down to the ground floor and discover ample parking space in the driveway. Here, you`ll also find an ideal spot for al fresco meals, a charcoal grill, and a classic cornhole game – guaranteed to spark laughter and friendly competition.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the canal. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
