"Could be a great house but unfortunately we did not have a good experience. They are in the process of some renovations that were not listed on listing or disclosed at time of booking. We arrived to a stop work order posted outside and a damaged bulk head (we planned to park our boat onsite which was disclosed at time of booking). "It is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. It is back from the ocean but you can see it in the far distance. If there is no traffic then you can hear the ocean. We would stay again."
