The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive – the kind of service that makes you instantly relax and feel completely taken care of. The surroundings are breathtaking. The hotel is beautifully integrated into nature, and waking up in a room floating among the treetops felt absolutely magical. It is impossible not to be moved by the peace, the beauty, and the atmosphere of this place. The architecture, the spa, the views, the scent of the forest – every detail is carefully curated to create a sense of harmony and indulgence. It’s rare to find a place that offers this level of luxury without ever feeling pretentious. I leave filled with gratitude for having experienced something so special. We will definitely return. "Super lækkert hotel, helt nyt. Vi havde udsigt til bjergene, men der var ved at bliver bygget mere til hotellet, byggeriet var i gang, mest med at lægge flisegang, det ser ud til at blive rigtig fint. Så vi kunne kigge op på bjergene, men deres hotel var lidt i vejen. Ved ikke helt hvordan det bliver, når der kommer værelser overfor, men det skal nok blive godt. Ligger perfekt i forhold til Bolzano’s smukke centrum. Der var en Japansk restaurant og bar på 6 sal. når vi rejser spiser vi helst lokale retter, men så kan man jo bare gå ned i byen, der er frit valg."
