The nearest ski lifts and cable cars are within 20-30 minutes from the property, and Bolzano/Bozen can be visited after a 20-minute drive (15 km).

The in-house restaurant "Laitnkeller", which was elected Törggelebetrieb of the year 2019, is open all year round (Tuesday is a day of rest). The magazine "Bunte" named it the "Restaurant with heavenly Schlutzer". Breakfast or half board can be booked on request. The Hofschänke is closed in June and in December, in the other months guests can have breakfast for an additional cost.
