They upgraded my room, accommodated my dog and food allergies, even packed a lunch for me for when I drove to a further destination for hiking. All the local hiking is around the Rosengarten part and is stunning. You’re close to Alpe di Suise and Seceda. Looking forward to returning to this region and this hotel. Loved my stay there 🙏❤️"

The location is also great, in a quiet town with walkable access to markets and restaurants. A nearby city, Bolzano, is an easy drive to get a more metropolitan experience. There are several interesting hikes close to the hotel, I recommend driving to Alpa Di Suisi for breathtaking views.

"Very very Disappointing.We were upgraded to 'a suite', which meant the bath stood alone on a wooden parque floor in the living area of one large room, no bath mat, towels - nothing. A sofa with a tiny 'coffee table. 'Hospitaliy include 2 tea cups, and 2 tea bags of somesort herbal tea, El kettle stood in the hall, no plug point. A Dining facilities were atrocious, minute, basic menu and you ate off tiny tables of mixed heights and assorted stools, pouffes or a chair if you were lucky,.

"Very nice hotel, facility is new, personal are friendly, there is a parking basement with many parking lots. You also get bus ticket upon check in, that makes it super convenient to travel to Otisei. The breakfast is VERY good, many choices, omelet and scrambled egg are made on order.
Only comment is the family room on 4th floor, the kids seem with a lot of energy, run around until very late. Could be nice the family room at low floor.
All in all, very good stay, will definitely come back!"
