Hotellet var fint og meget flot strand tæt på. Dog lidt mangelfuld ift. gode spisesteder og lidt bøvlet med transport til Lissabon, da området er lidt “dødt” ift. turisme.

Surfers beach
Well located hotel near to a fabulous beach for surfers. The reception and lobby was nice and the room clean and in good condition.

Hotel needs renovation.
We had a nice stay, because of the nice area, the great beach and the friendly people in Portugal. The hotel is tired, especially the rooms are really old and need renovation. We asked for a few repairs, and the reception staff promised to have it fixed every day, but it wasnt. The breakfast restaurant was noisy, crowded and the quality of the breakfast was below average for a fourstar hotel.

Ikke værst - men dejlig tæt på stranden og vandet.
Et godt sted, nær stranden og ren afslapning. Hotellet er slidt, men acceptabelt fordi stranden (som ligger lige overfor hotellet - 2 minutters gang) er alle tiders, både til solbadning, surfing eller bare afslapning.

I know the hotel, have been there before, but this time extremely disappointing experience, as I was contacted 24 H before arrival with the information that there were no rooms available although I had booked several months ago. We were relocated to another hotel that was OK but 5 km from the seaside. Not the experience that I had been looking forward to.

Very good The cleaning of the rooms were done very late - sometimes after 5 PM and two times they forgot to give us some towels even they took the others with them

Godt hotel, lige ved stranden
Dejligt hotel med god service, god mad, venlig betjening, udemærkede værelser. Poolen var beskidt og wifi fungerede kun i visse områder. Alt i alt en god oplevelse.

Beliggenheden er virkelig god
Hotellet ligger på 'den anden side' af broen med 25 euros taxaafstand til lufthavnen. Beliggenheden med havudsigt og 200 meter til stranden er hotellets i særklasse største kvalitet. Anstændig morgenmad er det bedste måltid, hotellet kan byde på - i hvert fald når restauranten på øverste etage er lukket. Bedre måltider er tilgængelige indenfor gåafstand.

hotellet ligger perfekt til badeferie. Receptionen er virkelig prof. Værelset er også god med dejlig havudsigt, gulvet i værelset er træ, hvilket er en fordel mth. støv og sand, sengene er gode, dog er wifi-dækningen dårlig. Morgenmaden er, som den skal være, med virkeligt godt brød. Glem ikke den gode restuarrant på 8. Sal, med virkelig god service.

Best hotel!!!!! It was my birthday whilst I was away and the hotel kindly (without asking) gave me a birthday cake with a bottle of Champagne and two glasses for my partner and I! The staff are very generous and kind, and overall a very good stay as we were a 5 second walk from the beach. It would’ve been better in the summer where the swimming pool would be in service to use, but I cannot complain. A melhor experiência que tive até hoje!

The area/location - right across the street from the beach - was fabulous. We requested an ocean front view and it was worth it. The housekeeping staff did a bad job cleaning our room each day, not even vacuuming the rug esp. under the bed nor were the floors swept. The beds are very, very hard and the pillows too thin.

Sehr spärliche Ausstattung der Zimmer, unangenehmer Geruch im Bad (Kanalisation), Internet funktioniert fast gar nicht, Aufzüge schlecht eingestellt (fahren planlos hoch/runter, man verbringt 5min im Aufzug um vom 5.stock zum Erdgeschoss zu gelangen, sowie lange Wartezeiten) Nie wieder!

Very good treatment - A welcoming country
El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, todo fue bueno, el personal del hotel muy amables todos, diferente a otros países donde estuvimos donde el trato al turista es muy despectivo como Alemania o Polonia. ========================================= The Hotel is very well located, everything was good, the hotel staff were all very friendly, different from other countries where we were where the treatment of tourists is very derogatory such as Germany or Poland.

Everything was wonderful, except for the room. The great restaurant, grand location, and friendly staff couldn't quite make up for the noisy toilet, uncomfortable bed, and whatever electronic device in the room shone green light on us all night long.

There's no iron available. As tourists we did not carry an iron, and in two different occasions we requested one, it never came or was delivered to the room. The bed had a humid-funky smell. The hotel overal is nice and served its purpose, the bar and breakfast were phenomenal and we highly enjoyed it.
