Dear Victor, We would like to thank you for your recent visit and for the time you spent sharing your feedback. Although we are very happy to know that you appreciated your experience with us, in particular the service from our team, we regret that the breakfast experience did not correspond to your expectations. As we are living in such atypical and challenging times, the most important for us is to provide safety to all our team members and visitors. This is why we have implemented a rigorous hygiene and safety protocol for all departments. Our main priority is to keep providing memorable and positive experiences to all our guests and, now, more than ever, also a safe one. We have created separate circuits for food and drinks at breakfast and inform all our guests how to circulate in the room to maintain a safe distance and to respect and comply with the safety measures implemented. The pool are area was completely restructured to guarantee the safety distance between guests, so, unfortunately, it is not possible to have sunbeds for all our guests in high season and it is not permitted to reserve sunbeds. Our guests can book the Bali Bed experience. Once again we thank you for your time sharing your opinion and wish you all the best.
