"I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Puerto Vallarta twice. The first time it was excellent. However, the second time, the desk staff were not friendly, and the bathroom smelled terrible and when you flushed the toilets it backed up into the shower. I got there late, tired and was leaving early morning, so didn’t report this until checkout."

Lo malo que en la cama encontré cabellos de dama largo, imposibles míos porque tengo cabello corto. Pero en general bien, su desayuno incluido con bistec y chilaquiles y fruta."

"Such a beautiful spot! First of all, the view from the room is something I crave! The sunsets from the balcony or rooftop terrace is a must see! The beaches are packed. So much better on the rooftop or from the balcony or pool. I was so unhappy with the hotel I had booked. Despite not being eligible for a refund at that hotel, I had to spend my last night in PV at this hotel. This was my second visit to this hotel in a year. I will not stay anywhere else now. It is quiet here! It is close enough...
