"The apartment gets a 2 because it was clean and well renovated. But it had lots of problems. The location was 109 bet Bway and Amsterdam, not 107 near Riverside as shown on the map. Living space is one sofa in a kitchen. TV behind the sofa. Dishwasher didn’t work. Two bedrooms like closets, could not have a family in the apartment. A/c in only one bedroom. "This hotel is so big the staff can't really follow. There are too many people for the small crew, and they're not friendly at all. Neither the staff at the front desk, the restaurant/cafe or anything. All of them are not friendly. The room is OLD and dark, but the facilities are ok. The shower was super old too. I won't stay here again."
