"We stayed for six days and had a fantastic stay. Very friendly staff, big rooms, great breakfast and close to the theme parks. Sadly the bar wasn’t open yet. It’s close to a bigger road so expect some noise from the traffic. We would defined come back again. "

"Lækkert hotel med perfekt beliggenhed ift Universal-parkerne. Tog ca 12-15 minutter at gå og ellers tog vi vand-taxi (gratis). Lækker morgenmad ($ 29 pr person) med stort udvalg af frisk frugt, æg-station og meget mere. Flot pool-område. God kaffe i den lille butik/cafe i lobby-området. Boede på 2 x Queen bed room med udsigt til pool. Rigtig god udsigt og dejligt værelse. Alt i alt rigtig godt hotel. "

"They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. "The room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated. "

"This is a duplex and the pool out back was good but you do share with the next door attached duplex but we never saw the other people. Had some problems with the TVs. The one in the main room and the smaller bedroom were Roku but only one Roku remote.
