"I can’t say enough about this property . Not only do they go above and belong for you, but they are super kind and sweet . Check-in is a breeze and staff is always willing to help. The location is perfect! It’s on the beach/ hotel zone so it’s in the middle of all of the popular beach club/ restaurants in hotel zonerela and also, it’s only 20 mins from down town so proximity is good. The airport is about 50 mins away ( TQO) but it’s still pretty good. Only downfall is the limited menus/ pricy...

"Overall one of the best hotels in Tulum,the beach, pool and view is perfect, no loud music and still close to everything in Tulum where it all happens. Only thing which could be better is the difference between quality of food and drinks depending what restaurant or bar it’s ordered by. Don’t know why but sometimes the same drinks and food experience varies from time to time."

"This property was beautiful. It was a little jungle oasis. The rooftop pool and bar was very nice and had a good chill vibes. My only issue with the property was that that the air conditioning in the room didnt work very well so my sleep was not great due to being hot. the staff was very helpful with all our questions telling us places to go around town and helping us a find a nice beach club. "

"Quaint resort. Staff was great. Continental breakfast delicious. Cute boutique hotel what you’d expect of Tulum. Hatch roofing was a nice touch. Air conditioning “worked” but does not cool the room temperature but the staff was great by accommodating our room with a floor fan. Great getaway for a couple. You feel like you have the whole place and beach to yourselves. Very romantic. "
