"The resort was very nice, no ac in the lobby area so prepare for heat. Front desk and concierge never picks up the phone! However the staff is overall friendly, helpful and always around the property. Bowls are needed for soups and cereal!! Also flys will be on the food— indoor and outdoor dining which is expected but at first it was gross. They will try to offer you a specialty dinner or breakfast but a 90 presentation is involved where they try to get you to buy a timeshare so skip the offer...

"My boyfriend and I stayed for 6 nights in the luxury junior suite with swim out and we were also apart of the Diamond Club. The swim out was very nice when we didn’t want to go to the pool with other people. Everyone was so kind, happy, and helpful. We had the butler service with being apart of the Diamond Club yet only saw our butler at check in and check out. At least we were able to text him to get us reservations at the resort for dinner. "The internet was lousy. The all inclusive quality of food was mainly carbohydrates (pasta, pizza, over-cooked veggies, multi coloured cakes, french fries. All this served in a food hall/canteen with bright light and very noisy. Everybody pushes each other to get to the food and line up to wait. "The resort was beautiful. The food was great, lots of variety. The only negative is that apparently they have the worse beach as a river runs through it. The water is dirty. Also for English speaking people, they only play Spanish music at the clubs and at pool side activities. We asked to be moved to another resort as the beach is what we came for. "

"I loved the area and everything inside the hotel, the staff were very convenient and took care of me right away. The only problem was the watered drinks and the flies in the food from time to time. I loved the water they provided had no other taste but tasty and refreshing. They didn’t clean my room unless I told them and all of my things were safe even when I left my purse to go for a swim in the pool. Loved everything."
