Not a good experience at all.
Starting with check-in, the person behind the counter was unfriendly and border line rude, started by showing a map of the resort and crossing off two thirds and saying you can't go here, do you want to pay more to use these parts? (This information was not available when booking) I said can you tell me what I actually can use then we'll see? He responded fine go try and see but you have to pay for three nights minimum like some sort of warning and sent us away. I almost apologized for getting their normal package and wasting their time.
At the room, bathroom sink was not clean, there was an opened half drank bottle of water in the mini bar, and on the second night had to fish a roach out of the bed.
Some restaurants needed reservations on the website, but nothing was available at anytime, not even trying in early mornings. When I responded negatively to a survey, the Expedia concierge reached out and made reservations like pulling a favor getting us in to a very exclusive restaurant! Problem with all this was restaurants were not crowded at all, all of them were half empty all the time. The first come first served one made us wait for 45 minutes, again when the place was visibly half empty. For all the annoying steps to get to food, the quality was mediocre at best and for some of the places very poor.
The coffee shop was the best place, with good coffee and friendly staff, and no wonder it was always crowded.
Overall, I do not recommend this
