Our room had no TV or internet upon arrival. We reported it immediately. After 3 different sets of techs, and 3 hours we got TV. We had no access to the hotel's services, menus, or WhatsApp, which is the way everyone communicates. We missed all communications and reservations. We were able to order room service, that was delivered without utensils. We ordered extra coffee for the morning, but didn't get ANY creamer or sugar. We then had to go to the front desk, and after an hour if speaking to service people, we had to pack up and move to another room as internet was not going to get fixed...it was now my husband's birthday. Our family was frantic as our phones and internet (emails) weren't being answered. The staff was very unsympathetic to our dilemma.
The 2nd room had a broken reading light, and screened door was off the hinges, and was almost impossible to open. My husband tripped on the broken porch tile, and when getting on the golf cart/ trolley was thrown off when the driver took off before he was totally on the seat.
We travel a lot. This was the worst experience EVER!!! Food was mediocre at best. The pineapple was good. That's the kindest thing I can say.
