Mr. Miller has been guiding here since 1958. Yes, you read that right. 1958. 59 years. Mr. Miller has literally written the book on Chartres. The 12th-century cathedral is his life's work, and his passion for the cathedral is obvious every time you join his tour. If you find yourself in Paris, hop a morning train to Chartres and catch his daily tour. Contact the cathedral to confirm dates and times, especially during the off season.
