"Firstly, the hotel is old and very worn out. They have tried to renovate, but as seen in the attached picture, it has gone completely wrong. Secondly, it is unbelievably noisy. I could hardly tell whether the window to the street was open or closed. Thirdly, the hotel had an ATM in the lobby. One day, I was in a hurry and used it. I withdrew 1000 reais (172 dollars) which had a slightly high fee, but fair enough. However, what they don't tell you until you see it on your account is that they give such a bad exchange rate that it cost me 60 dollars just on the exchange rate alone. A hotel that allows a company to deceive its guests in this manner should be avoided; it says everything about their attitude towards us as guests. Well the app isn't working right, I can't attach the picture. That's a shame."

"Et meget gammelt og meget slidt hotel. Jeg skiftede værelse da jeg troede det kun var mit men det andet var lige sådan. Bruseren var fra 70'erne og virkelig dårlig. Og kun væg monteret ingen håndholdt. Der kom kun vand ud af siden af bruseren, så man fik ikke vand på sig når man stod under den. I ingen af de 3 værelser virkede uret ved sengen. Jeg blev opgraderet men det renoverede værelse var præcist lige så dårligt og slidt, kun nye gardiner det var den eneste forskel. Hotellet er bygget i 1976 og overtaget af Hilton i 2013. Men det er ikke blevet renoveret. Dette hotel er ikke normal Hilton standard, langt fra. Jeg har virkelig gode billeder men der sker desværre intet når jeg klikker på "tilføj et billede" andet end der kommer en blå ramme omkring. Hotels.com fix it!!"

"A Hotel 100 meters from the World famous Copacobana Beach with very friendly staff (especially Elaine who spoke excellent english and the bellboys who were eager to help). It is close to Ipanema beach and has a small but nice pool on the 16th floor. What stood out for me was the absolutely excellent breakfast with amazing fresh fruits from the jungle of Brazil 🇧🇷🇧🇷"
