"The room was perfect 9 th floor and 180 decree view: which we got upgraded to since we was celebriting our anniversity. So happy that we could check in early. But we deffinetly did feel another service by workers near the pool, almost feel like they did not care. Multiple times we saw few of them just standing and speaking when the customers was waiting on help. "Generally a nice hotel. Room is nice with ocean view. Very nice beach. Pool area is ok. Drinks are good. Food is generally good for all incluisve. Crowd is very American, at bit old and not so interesting, would have liked a younger crowd. Overall a great stay. "

"Amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so attentive and nice! We have stayed here before when it was the Ritz and loved it and I would say that things are on the same level or better as it was when it was the Ritz. Rueben, the concierege on the club floor, is so helpful and friendly. The spa workers are wonderful as are the Casita's staff. Claudia and Mario took great care of us. "Meget venligt personale, dejlige omgivelser og dejlig forplejning og drinks. Børnene elskede stedet. Der er mange muligheder for oplevelser. Gratis kajak, minigolf speedbåd til søsterhotel, som ligger lige ned til stranden på den anden side."
