The person at front desk was really nice. I didn’t get his name but he allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room to pool side view. All the staff were wonderful and friendly and breakfast was brill. The spa staff were really nice and showed me around. Made me feel really comfortable and safe. Will definitely be revisiting again inshaAllah. Mrs s bibi.

The location is perfect, with lots of eating options, and easy transport links to the attractions. However, we thought staff could explain hotel facilities better at check in. And also, place young families in rooms away from the Irish pub. It was very noisy till late.

We had an unforgettable experience at the Hilton Yas Island, the staff was amazing , facilities were fantastic and it’s in the middle of all the main Yas Island attractions. We’ll always prioritize this resort over Dubai based on the guest centric facilities and the simplicity of Abu Dhabi. In particular our stay was made so pleasant with over the top support from bell boy Bacha and experience Manager TharIndu — thank you for being so kind and empathetic. We will come back again!

The kids loved this property, and the inclusive theme park deal was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious, just bear in mind it can get very busy and morning queues do build up during peak times. The pool can also become very busy, but other than that it was a great short stay. Thankyou

Bruits de travaux non stop du matin au soir !!!!
Nous avons eu une chambre où le balcon donné sur des travaux . C’était horrible des boum boum depuis 7h du matin et cela jusqu’au soir . On nous a proposé de changer de chambre sauf que nous avions déjà ouvert nos affaires nous étions fatigué et aucune force de changer de chambre . Nous voulions rester dans cette hôtel quelques jours mais au vu de la situation nous sommes partit au bout de deux jours . Si le prix de la chambre était en promotion ou bien c’était précisé lors de la réservation j’aurais compris mais là nous étions choqué d’entendre autant de bruits de travaux à en donner mal à la tête ! C’est honteux de ne pas le préciser dans les infos de l’hôtel ! Car le prix de la chambre n’est pas donnée !!

I had not realised this hotel is in the centre of several theme parks. It is in essence a theme park hotel with very large number of children. It's great for the kids but the large pools is not at all relaxing with the young ones running around and making lots of noise. That's not their fault. They were having fun but I guess I'd expected traquility. The issues that really bothered me was the very large on site pub called McCaffertys. It's huge with a large sports screen outside. On both night of my stay the noise was extremely loud. I couldn't sleep at all until around 1am with live football being shown. It reverberates around the pool area and It's clear the hotel are used to complaints about it. In calling to express my concern, I was very quickly told that the small print of the hotel states that the onsite outdoor bar area is open until 2am. (That will teach me to not read hotel small print). Then UFC (Ultimate Fight Club) checked in for an event at the arena next door. They stuck large signs on their bedroom doors with "UFC", which I was surprised was allowed. (I wonder if I'd have been allowed to put a poster up on my door for my favourite sports team?). The UFC crew then had a room next to mine which they left the door open to at all time. They had two massage benches and massaged their athletes during the day. I'm not sure that is the best visual in the UAE. This is not the relaxing experience. It's more like staying in a Disney hotel. Book thoughfully.

Fint og moderne hotell som ligger rett ved siden av Yas Marina Bay som er en promenade ved vannet med mange restauranter. Også har man tilgang til en av parkene på Yas området.

A nice, modern hotel close to the parks. The location is what drove the decision to stay on our short break. If I was staying longer I would stay at a larger resort, travel a bit further and buy parks tickets. I booked half board via Expedia and feel I wasted hundreds of pounds on meals due to the limited options. We ate at restaurants in Yas Mall. Breakfast in the hotel has lots of options, just very busy around 10am. As a group of three, one adult and two kids, we had a one bedroom suite and the two beds were really small. Thankfully we worked out after the first night there was another small sofa bed.

My stay at the Hilton was underwhelming and did not feel like a five star hotel mostly due to the extremely poor service. Pros: -great location if you plan on attending the theme parks -theme park tickets included with the stay Cons: -rooms felt small, even though we had a family suite -very poor service (At arrival, we opened our own doors and unloaded our car. Later on, I called the front desk to ask a question about the theme parks. No one answered the phone. I had to go downstairs to ask my question in person. Another time, I ordered food at the pool and didn’t have my credit card linked to the room. They kept calling my room asking me to pay. You have my credit card on file. I’m not going to leave without paying. At the breakfast buffet, I ordered coffee. It didn’t come until after my meal was finished.) -pool closes at 7pm. There’s not much to do after that. -pool is beautiful but the water was not the cleanest. My kids found tissue paper and debris in the pool. -walls are so thin, I could hear everything in the room adjacent to mine. Overall, for the price I paid, I was highly disappointed and would not stay there again.

Amazing stay, way better than we expected! Exellent breakfast, definitely worth the money! Joel at the front desk went an extra mile for our family and made our stay fantastic! Will definitely come back again and recommend to friends and family!
