"Un ringraziamento speciale a Xiao che ci ha accompagnato alla scoperta delle montagne attorno alla struttura, ai ragazzi del ristorante e a tutto lo staff che si è preoccupato per noi e ci ha coccolato tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Luogo magico che ti lascia senza fiato, hotel stupendo, camere spaziose, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. Chiunque fosse interessato a vedere le famose montagne ritratte nelle banconote da 20 yuan dovrebbe scegliere questo hotel, davvero eccezionale. "

"This was a lovely surprise. It is on the quiet side of the river, meaning you have a 5 minute ferry and a buggy cart ride to get to/from the hotel, but what a blessing that is.
The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are outstanding, so helpful, full of advice, and constant care. We went caving with the owner, we did hikes, we rode horses, we went to local shows, and spa making for an amazing three night say.

"We are were a family of four.Overall the hotel, was really good because the staff’s service was top notch. The food there was tasty and it was good because it had less oil unlike other restaurants outside. The rooms are huge with a nice spacious living room and it has nice scenery with Guilin mountains."

For one, when you check out, they intentionally time a quick check of your room to make sure you didn’t forget anything. If you did, they call within minutes of your checkout to let you know.
