"Un ringraziamento speciale a Xiao che ci ha accompagnato alla scoperta delle montagne attorno alla struttura, ai ragazzi del ristorante e a tutto lo staff che si è preoccupato per noi e ci ha coccolato tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Luogo magico che ti lascia senza fiato, hotel stupendo, camere spaziose, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. Chiunque fosse interessato a vedere le famose montagne ritratte nelle banconote da 20 yuan dovrebbe scegliere questo hotel, davvero eccezionale. "
"The staff go way beyond the ordinary to make sure your stay is the best possible. I really have to commend the staff in every way. For one, when you check out, they intentionally time a quick check of your room to make sure you didn’t forget anything. If you did, they call within minutes of your checkout to let you know.

"We went there with no plans because it was forecasted to rain a lot. But it didn’t rain that much and the staffs there helped us arranged our itinerary. They suggested us where to go, helped us booked tickets and transport.
There was also free transport to/from Yangshuo city center. Overalls all the staffs were friendly, so helpful and able to speak English very well. If you download Wechat, they will help you even before your stay.

"The hotel is very cozy and with beautiful rooms and surroundings. We had a few dinners at the hotell which all tasted really good. The best part was the staff. They greeted us everytime we came back and when we left and made sure to give us small tips on places to go - in general just made it a priority that pur stay was pleasant. The kids loved the pool. There was easy access to run or bike along the river (only 1.5 km away). "
