"The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Siao Chou (小周) and Ting Ting (亭亭). They went out of their way to provide us with specific information about local tourist destinations and how to navigate the city. Our Guilin visit went well because of them. The only issue we had was the hotel only had one washer and dryer. They were mostly occupied during early morning and night. "

"Chambres très propres, c'est un hôtel qui vient d'ouvrir.bien placé, très attentif. C'est dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite avec un hôtel plein. Faut se battre pour avoir une place. La gestion n'est pas au point. Il faudra faire patienter les personnes au lieu de continuer à faire entrer des personnes quand il n'y a plus de place."
