"A special place close to Yala that makes you feel like you’re in the park. Small staff was so friendly and lovely, and I felt well taken care of. Delicious meals—often candlelit and with an outdoor grill. Room was air conditioned and well appointed, despite the jungle setting. Only caution: there probably will be some wildlife in your bathroom! They also organized my safaris in the park, as well as pick ups and drop-offs, which I appreciated."

"Wow, what an experience. When we pulled up into the camp, there was an elephant just there (a tusker no less). The standards were consistently high from there. We were well looked after by the manager Ravi, with impeccable service throughout. My wife's gluten free requirement being well looked after. The views are stunning, the food was great. The location is incorrectly indicated on Facebook, TripAdvisor & hotels.com, and is 10km north of Tissa. Easily accessed by public transit if you've got the correct address. Make sure they know you're coming, as they were unaware I had made the reservation.

"Hotel a 3 km de la ville, assez éloigné sans service a proximité.
Safari trés cher.
J'avais résérvé une chambre mais a mon arrivée il n'y en avait pas alors on m'a proposé le dortoir au meme tarif se que j'ai refusé et aprés discussion j'ai obtenu une tente-chambre.
Trés bien dans la grosse savane mais prés de la grande route pas nécessaire du tout.
Personnel serviable mais on sans que l'argent et le but premier du centre.

"We enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala. We did the stargazing with Kasun. We saw the moon and Saturn and enjoyed the view and the discussion with Kasun. Glad we did this activity!
We also went on a nature walk with Gayan Gamage on the 16th of october 2024, and it was absolutely amazing. He was super friendly and knew a lot about the nature and the tracking of the animals. It was very interesting, and we saw a lot of the local animals. We hightly recommend this to anyone who likes the nature and animals.
Gayan was friendly and easy to talk to and we had a great time! He was also very good at involving the children and our daughter loved him and wanted a picture taken with him after the tour :)"
