Lejlighedshoteller i Yaiza

"The complex, restaurant, pools, beach and more generally the surroundings were very beautiful and good. (Though only one pool was heated and the others were quite cold). Buffet is wide and with some changes every day. But the room felt old and dirty, smelled moldy, furnitures and paint falling apart, windows and doors hardly closed tight. Even the paint ceiling on our terrasse was falling in our plates. There were so many mosquitos and no way to protect us. No mosquitos nets on the windows and...

"I would like to start by saying the accommodation and staff when there were amazing- if it were not for the issues around payment and communication, I would have left a very good review. We opted to pay at property on arrival, paying the little bit extra for this option to have some flexibility. I received a notification from my bank a week before travel that the apartments had attempted to take £935 (agreed price was £873). I stampeded to call them but I got no answer at all after hours of...

"The villa very well equipped and clean and modern, Staff at reception were excellent and friendly.the bar staff so welcoming excellent hospitality. food is great and good value for money"

"Spacious apartments, good and very friendly service and reasonable facilities. However a few things could be improved: free locker for valuables - instead of a charge of 20 Euro (why not just include it). The breakfast is good and probably hits a wide target group, but not fantastic. Also the hotel is only barely equipped with plates, cutleries, etc. So a bit "cut to the bone." Fair value for money, and it helps to have spacious apartments with opportunities to eat your own food. Good for...

"Excellent location. Spotlessly clean and exceptionally helpful staff! Nothing was too much trouble and the bbq was excellent! They made such a special effort for my vegetarian daughter too! We’ll definitely be back"

"Ants everywhere even inside and in the bed. NO AIRCONDITION!"

Vil helt klart gerne tilbage under andre omstændigheder. "

"Billederne forherliger stedet. Ser betragteligt bedre ud end i virkeligheden"
