"Virkelig lækkert hotel, flotte lejligheder, pænt og rent. Dejligt pool-område, pooltemperatur i december var 26 grader. Eneste minus var beliggenheden, der var langt at gå til indkøb, strand og restaurant. Men alt i alt et lækkert hotel."

"I have visited Lanzarote loads and have always stayed in Puerto del carmen. However, after my visit to these apartments I will definitely be back. I booked last minute and I have honestly never stayed in such an amazing place for the price. If your looking for a chilled out time the I recommend you stay here. My only negative if there has to be one is that there is. Omar conditioning but this would not stop me going back"

"The complex, restaurant, pools, beach and more generally the surroundings were very beautiful and good. (Though only one pool was heated and the others were quite cold). Buffet is wide and with some changes every day. But the room felt old and dirty, smelled moldy, furnitures and paint falling apart, windows and doors hardly closed tight. "Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval."

"Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine...
