"Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. "The hotel is very clean and simple, located inside their tea shop. You can smell the tea in the hallways and stairs and it smells amazing! There's not much nearby and you'll have to go to the nearest little town for needs. The walk is a bit dicey along winding mountain roads with no sidewalks, but there is a bus you can take for 2 stops too. The people who work there/own the hotel are incredible, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! They picked up our luggage at the nearby...
