"The first staff member I met in the morning (April) was very friendly and eager to help. The staff member I met upon my return that evening I believe was Amanda or Amber maybe not but although she was busy was apologetic and also friendly and eager to assist. The rooms were clean and accommodating, had everything that I needed. Pool was open until 10pm which is nice as it's usually late when we return to the hotel from our day. There were also cookies in the lobby that evening which saved me...

improvements can be:
- Reduce the noice from elevators. Even if we lived 4 rooms away it was like the electric motor for the elevator were mounted in our sealing over our bed.
- use a ventilation in the breakfast room. Our cloth was smelling like frying and pancakes after eating breakfast.
Good thing: only 45 mins from Toms Cove"

"What I did like was John at the front desk was a very kind on the phone and in person. The the amount of space we had for a double bed accesible walker/wheelchair was excellent!
Dislike, the room had ants, they did vacuum the carpet, & property is still under construction."

"I booked a king room, get there and they tell me I’m getting a double room. Room key kept quitting. Everyday we’d have to go have it fixed. Boy at counter was rude, and barely spoke English. Room had a smoke smell to it. Toilet seat lid was missing a bolt so it kept going sideways. Place was semi clean and tolerable, but I’d never stay there again. "
