The hotel its self is great and the beds are super comfortable. The one thing I dislike tremendously is that they charge your card and extra $150 for incidents instead of just putting a hold on card. Today marks 5 days and that charge still hasn’t gone back on my card. Called hotel on day 3 and inquired about the refund, there were NO incidents that would have warranted no refunds. That’s what the front desk clerk told me and that it usually takes 3 days…..now it’s been five. Called my card company and they can see where the refund has been initialized but money hasn’t been sent. For this and this alone we will never stay here again. There is no reason why they should hold someone’s money this long….period!
I wrote the above a few weeks ago and never submitted it. I’m still irate…this hotel got paid by Expedia and then charged my card $95. They said that they have no record of being paid by Expedia even after I gave them my confirmation number and supposedly the $95 charge was their charge for the room that night. So needless to say we will never stay here again.
