"We had a great time! The house was very cozy. Ralph was very quick to respond if we needed anything. The backyard view with the water was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. Bedrooms had smart tv’s and Wi-Fi was fast. Would definitely stay again! "

"The place was extremely nice but the could not sleep on that bed again. Sinks way down like you are in two hammocks with a big lump in the middle. May work for some people but we couldn’t sleep. Other than that extremely nice and very well stocked. Good location to sports on the Beach complex for tournaments."

The owner has carefully curated it it with an electric collection of furniture ,pottery and various hand crafted items. "I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours.
