"Great location, quiet, clean and friendly staff. Loved the room a little small but very well equipped, comfortable bed and clean. Definitely worth the stay. I read some comments about thin walls but I personally did not have any trouble at all."

"The desk staff were excellent. They needed more help with breakfast as they couldn't keep things stocked and there was no coffee ready. The TV remote was a nightmare to use, the desk staff had to provide a demonstration and there were several people there at the same time to learn."

"I can best describe our one night stay as “fine”. The property is definitely a little dated and has not undergone the full remodel other Fairfield’s have. It’s easily accessible, the staff was courteous and the breakfast was as one would expect but the age of certain things (mattress was shot, showers and bathroom fans were all very loud) would have me looking to stay elsewhere if we stay in Kalamazoo again."

"The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay."

"Overall a very nice and new hotel. Staff was very friendly & service minded. Always smiles. On the negative side, a was missing a vibe as there is no dining or bar area at all. Breakfast very uninspired to say the least and could be a whole lot better and fresher. Noise from the roaring highway becomes bothersome after 1-2 days.
But overall I had a good stay. "
