"Staff was invested and remarkable. The hotel is new and the furnishings and layout were very nice. Lot was well lit, area felt quite safe and the location for us couldn’t have been better. Particularly enjoyed the energy electrical savings and also wall mounted thermostat which worked just fine. The sound insulation was a bit under par in my estimation. Footsteps above, I did not expect, traffic outside and adjacent room sounds seemed to me a bit above average."

"Dejligt sted med lækkert morgenmad. I beskrivelsen inden du booker, står der intet om, at morgenmad er incl. og at der er køleskab på værelset. Det var en positiv overraskelse. "

"The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay."

"Stepping into the Kalamazoo House felt like being transported back in time. The breakfast, prepared by a culinary chef, was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A truly wonderful stay!"

"Easy checking. Details of property were explained very clearly. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room Was clean. No maintence issues. Plenty of available parking. Hotel was quiet. Breaks was great."

"Outdated but clean. Staff are always friendly. Breakfast is decent and included. Can’t beat the price when visiting my student at WMU."

"Det var et ok sted. "

"Very nice breakfast, something for everyone. Staff worked hard to keep the food plentiful."

"I can best describe our one night stay as “fine”. The property is definitely a little dated and has not undergone the full remodel other Fairfield’s have. It’s easily accessible, the staff was courteous and the breakfast was as one would expect but the age of certain things (mattress was shot, showers and bathroom fans were all very loud) would have me looking to stay elsewhere if we stay in Kalamazoo again."

"Nice place staff were great, breakfast was ok, typical for hotels, beds were not great. Pool was cold but overall it was a decent stay for the price."

"They are updating the property and what they have done so far is great! Manager is helpful wonderful!"

"Beautiful place!!!"
