"Room was very clean and Comfortable. Amber was very friendly and professional on the phone when I called for a question. Pat was great when we checked in. I asked Pat for a great place to eat local and she asked me if I wanted a sitdown restaurant and I said yes. She recommended Jacs in Kalamazoo about 4 miles up the road. Jacs did not disappoint. Great suggestion. We do ask often on places to eat when we travel, and most are great recommendations. The only negative thing I would say is...

"Overall a very nice and new hotel. Staff was very friendly & service minded. Always smiles. On the negative side, a was missing a vibe as there is no dining or bar area at all. Breakfast very uninspired to say the least and could be a whole lot better and fresher. Noise from the roaring highway becomes bothersome after 1-2 days. But overall I had a good stay. "

"It was a wonderful stay however when I made my reservation it said I wouldn't be charged until we got there and I was unable to use the card that it was supposed to go on. So I'm at a limbo still trying to figure out what to do. Normally every hotel I've stayed at they never charged until we got there all I had to do is give them a card when I did the reservation and they charged my card when I got there. "
