"Definitely not on the beach. Check in was very easy. Communication with Johnathan was great very clean. Need a way to lock door from garage. It’s on the waterway when the tide is there. We were about 10-15 minutes away from the beach. "

Location good for visiting both Savannah and Tybee Island, good access to Kroger and fast food, urban walking trail across the street, good parking in front of house. Minimal amenities. "What an awesome place for a family getaway! The house is on a salt marsh with a dock and gorgeous views. The backyard has a tree swing, fire pit, and above ground pool. It is a great place for kids. They loved the pool, roasting marshmallows over the fire, and looking for fiddler crabs at the dock. There are gates at all the stairs so it was easy to keep the toddler safe. "This condo was perfect for our beach trip. We were already familiar with the property, which made it easier. The until had a beautiful view and the unit was well decorated. Bonus points for having a ceiling fan in the master bedroom ( now just need one in the guest room too). Having the storage locker to put all our beach belonging in at the end of each day was very convenient too and helped keep sand out the condo! Would definitely stay here again!!"
