• The moment you walk in, the first thing guests notice is the health and wellness space on the ground level. It isn’t a typical “home gym” — it’s a full performance center. You’ll find things like a Peloton Treadmill, a cold plunge (as low as 35°F), free weights, kettlebells, yoga equipment, padded flooring, premium Sonos surround audio, large TV, refrigerator, and more coming.

• And there’s more on the way: a custom outdoor Finnish sauna (up to 200°F) is scheduled to be completed by March ’26, followed by a beautiful in-ground pool later that spring.

• On-site parking for 8+ vehicles.
