"Such a fun and memorable stay!! The houseboat was immaculate, beautifully decorated and spacious. A few storms came up and the rain hitting the roof was so nice at night! We are at Bonita, just a short walk down from the houseboats (great food and pretty cocktails!) and enjoyed delivery one evening (you can Door Dash so easily here!) "We come to see fireworks every year.l We passwd these houseboats thinking theyvwere owner houses not renters. So when i checked I jumped at the opportunity. I'm glad I did. It was amazing S3e you next year!!!"

"The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next...

"The property was absolutely beautiful! Looked just like the pictures. The outside are at the end of the walkway with the outdoor seating and grill was really nice. The view was amazing from our deck. On our way out Zack was an awesome help getting our luggage to our vehicle in the pouring rain. He had such a wonderful spirit. We will definitely be returning. "

"We stayed at this property for spring break. The property was docked in an awesome little spot on the water; conveniently located near restaurants, shops and activities. Peaceful and quiet with kind neighbors. Would definitely recommend for small groups looking for a unique getaway experience."

"My stay at The Cove Riverwalk Villas was nothing short of spectacular. The boathouses elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Very friendly staff there to help and answer any questions. The check-in and checkout process, was very convenient. The Cove Riverwalk Villas has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area. 5 star"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the EXPLORE houseboat villa. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. All directions provided were accurate as well. I wish there was a ceiling fan on the top deck (we did find a small fan to use outside though) but other than that everything was perfect! We will be back!!! "

"The marina and surroundings are fabulous. A bit of work loading in and out but we were informed ahead of time. The accommodations are terrific. Absolutely worth the price and the effort. "

"This is our second time staying at the cove. We absolutely loved it. The properties were decorated for the Xmas holiday and there was even a beautiful fully decorated tree in our unit. Walk to so many restaurants so you can’t beat the convenience. Parking was easy and they have wagons available if you need help with luggage. We will definitely be back"

"The property is beautiful. Everything was very clean and all the essentials we needed for our stay were provided. My granddaughter loves Barbie and she was so excited to see all the pink in this houseboat! The upstairs deck is where we ate many of our meals. It is a relaxing place to enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the sights and sounds of the area. Great vacation with family!"

"Clean, quiet, had everything I needed in the kitchen, dog amenities were a nice touch, cold AC, close enough to walk to multiple restaurants/shops. Shuttle service to and from garage was very welcomed as we brought more than we actually needed and it was nice to not have to haul it by hand. "
