"We wanted to be pleased to be here. Poor communication from beginning. No answer to ??1. The entry was filled with leaves. About a 1/2 a foot against the front door. 2. The code to get in was not clear. It took some time to get a hold of anyone to discover that the instructions were incomplete. Apparently, you put in your code then the for the lock to open. 3. "Traveling with our elderly mother, we reached out to the Host to ask if we could check in 50 mins early. The check in time of 4pm is too late and most VRBO's are 3pm. We were ignored for over an hour both text, VRBO message and phone calls. So we went to the house after 4pm and saw the cleaning crew was still there. They told us they weren't done and we needed to come back. This was now 15 minutes PAST the 4pm check in time. The Host never sent the door code even past the check in time which is...
