"Our room was clean, bed comfortable, but otherwise very spartan and not a cozy place to relax in spite of the loveseat. Lighting was poor except in bathroom, no towel bars in the bathroom. Shower was warm and pleasant. Several outlets and USB ports for charging."

"The hot tub didn’t work. I had to wait 30 mins to get help at the front desk. They never cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels."

"First of all, the pet fees were not 35 per stay as the Expedia website for this hotel said! It was 35 per night!!!! And the hotel would not honor the website as they said it’s not their problem! And I don’t know who the sketchy looking guy was who was there all the time smoking in his car outside…he must have been part of the hotel staff. But not a professional looking part of the staff at all. I was there 6 nights! He was there every night"

"I could not stay at this filthy and unsafe hotel. There were bugs in the room, garbage and dirt on the floor, hair in the shower, filthy shower curtain, used and dirty dental floss on the floor and tears in the sheets. The TV had a large streak down it so that it could not be watched. The security door on the building did not close or lock. There were drug addicts in the parking lot who were banging on my car windows.I had to leave over concerns for my safety. Since there was no hotel staff in...
