"The first room we got was right above the pool and smelled horribly of chlorine and cleaner. We asked for another room and were told they didn’t have any but were eventually given another room. The hot tub jets did not work and there were no towels. Their pancake maker was broken and they didn’t have bacon and sausage and gravy like they said they would. However, I feel they were short staffed. There was only one clerk and one person handling the breakfast. It was still a nice stay and the beds...

"Some places like the laundry was still under renovation and the phone was in the room was present but not connected. There was a small continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast. Although the rooms were updated, the AC units were not and left a dusty and unfresh smell when they did turn on. The staff was pleasant but not helpful in resolving some issues, like the room smell or noise levels during night hours."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I booked my room almost two weeks in advance and requested a top-floor room before check-in because I'm a light sleeper. When we arrived, the front desk told us every top-floor room was sold out, so we were placed on the first floor. What really bothered me was seeing guests who checked in after us getting rooms on the top floor. That made it feel like our request and early reservation...

"No meat or egg for breakfast!!!! Room was poor condition, Smelled! Clip scents on ac,fabreezed room! broken lamp,sticky floor,housekeeping doesn't mop! Cracked shower liner, base molding poor,unstuck. microwave was horrendous and old! Auto on by movement light woke me alot up,dumb! HALL DOOR KEPT US UP THE CLOSER WAS BROKE SO IT SLAMMED,THE MANAGER DIDN'T DISCOUNT MY STAY FOR ANY OF THIS!"

"They had a nice pool. A quaint hotel. Coffee anytime. Decent breakfast. Rooms were clean and well maintained. They charge you $25 if you don't return the key."

"The staff were amazing and was very helpful! Had a small dog with us and they had treats for her and had little station's outside with doggy bags for when she needed to go. The rooms were very clean, kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was great. Even had a make your own waffle station. The fitness room was nice as well, even had a yogo mat, with thing to sanitize anything you use!"
