"Our room was clean, bed comfortable, but otherwise very spartan and not a cozy place to relax in spite of the loveseat. Lighting was poor except in bathroom, no towel bars in the bathroom. Shower was warm and pleasant. Several outlets and USB ports for charging."

"The hot tub didn’t work. I had to wait 30 mins to get help at the front desk. They never cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels."

Also, we noticed there wasn't much ventilation on the floors in the hallway. All the chair cushions in the dining area needed repaired. They were all pealing. Ok for a quick overnight stay and close to restaurants and highway."

"I could not stay at this filthy and unsafe hotel. There were bugs in the room, garbage and dirt on the floor, hair in the shower, filthy shower curtain, used and dirty dental floss on the floor and tears in the sheets. The TV had a large streak down it so that it could not be watched. The security door on the building did not close or lock. There were drug addicts in the parking lot who were banging on my car windows.I had to leave over concerns for my safety. Since there was no hotel staff in...
