"The bathroom had not been cleaned. They charge for parking upon arrival, but then when we left the ticket they gave us to get out of parking garage did not work so we had to pay again for parking. So on top of the room fee we paid an additional $40 in parking. They were only able to credit us $15 back. The breakfast was sub-par, ran out of food 30 minutes before hours ended, the hot food was awful."

"The first room we got was right above the pool and smelled horribly of chlorine and cleaner. We asked for another room and were told they didn’t have any but were eventually given another room. The hot tub jets did not work and there were no towels. Their pancake maker was broken and they didn’t have bacon and sausage and gravy like they said they would. However, I feel they were short staffed. There was only one clerk and one person handling the breakfast. It was still a nice stay and the beds...

"Loved this property. I was there for the Cincinnati Fest that weekend and this hotel is by far the best. Nice area with the Aquarium and entertainment in walking distance. The ladies at the front desk weee amazing"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and large room. We loved the shower and shampoo/soaps. Breakfast was de ent with good choices. Coffee was pretty good. The location was easy to drive to and had good parking overnight."

"Some places like the laundry was still under renovation and the phone was in the room was present but not connected. There was a small continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast. Although the rooms were updated, the AC units were not and left a dusty and unfresh smell when they did turn on. The staff was pleasant but not helpful in resolving some issues, like the room smell or noise levels during night hours."

"The hotel was ok. The staff somehow checked in someone else under my reservation….I was turned away twice not realizing the error. Breakfast was decent. Hotel could use more training and a facelift."

"No meat or egg for breakfast!!!! Room was poor condition, Smelled! Clip scents on ac,fabreezed room! broken lamp,sticky floor,housekeeping doesn't mop! Cracked shower liner, base molding poor,unstuck. microwave was horrendous and old! Auto on by movement light woke me alot up,dumb! HALL DOOR KEPT US UP THE CLOSER WAS BROKE SO IT SLAMMED,THE MANAGER DIDN'T DISCOUNT MY STAY FOR ANY OF THIS!"

"They had a nice pool. A quaint hotel. Coffee anytime. Decent breakfast. Rooms were clean and well maintained. They charge you $25 if you don't return the key."
