"The experience at this hotel was terrible. In the middle of the night, someone was kicking the doors and screaming, and there were police at the doors. The assistant was virtual, there was no staff member available to do the check-in. The only person I actually saw had a friendly smile, but I never saw them again. And maybe they had too many responsibilities. They were doing renovations. The room they gave me was facing the floor renovation area. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. It was the...

"Wow is all I have to say, unmaintained facility, dirty hot tub, damaged room, has to be front for something."

"Staff answered all questions. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice pool was a nice feature and the breakfast was good."

"Our room was clean, bed comfortable, but otherwise very spartan and not a cozy place to relax in spite of the loveseat. Lighting was poor except in bathroom, no towel bars in the bathroom. Shower was warm and pleasant. Several outlets and USB ports for charging."
