"This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny."

"Stayed 3 nights to visit events in Harrogate. Super clean hotel in excellent condition, pet friendly with plenty of grassy areas to walk out dog on a leash. Being located on a service area there are numerous food outlets Greggs, Costa Coffee, Cornish Pastie Co, M&S Foods, etc). We had an accessible room as my wife had just had foot surgery, so she found the accessible shower room ideal, with plenty of grab bars. The bed was large and very comfortable for us. Tea / coffee facilities in the room....

"This is one of those places where you look at the prices against the description and think there must be a catch, but really there isn't – it's a great place to stay. The apartment had a spacious living area, well furnished, and I genuinely think the bed might be the most comfortable I've ever slept in in a hotel. Reception area and the staff were very welcoming too. Only criticism would be the decor in the room was a little tired, with a lot of scuff marks and chips in the paintwork. But for...
