"Upon arrival, it was obvious that it wasn’t ran through for a touch up cleaning same date of arrival. We had a dead field mouse in the master tub and ants all over the kitchen counter. The bathrooms need serious updating, decks need to be painted, she just needs some love. It’s a cool place, we had a great time. If you put about 10k for some upgrades, it would be a more pleasurable stay for your future guests."

"Entire home, Very Clean and Cozy... best king sized bed ever! Kitchen well stocked. Loved the Beachy decor and many bankets...Our 30 lb puppy loved fenced yard.... PING PONG in garage A HOOT :-) We will come back and recommend to our fam and friends!"

We didnt fish or clam this time, but they have ammenities for that as well. Yes its an older property but is well run. Will definitely stay again."

"The Black Pearl is the perfect property in Ocean Shores. This property is right on the canal and just a very short walk to Damon Beach so you get to beach walk and then come back to enjoy the canal view. The house itself was set up great and our grandkids wanted to move in because they had such a wonderful time. We will definitely be staying here again."

"House was beautiful and had a ton of great things like nice pots and pans, dishes, stereo, TV, etc. rooms were comfortable and bathrooms great. Only suggestions would be a table that seats 6 since you can have 6 there and a variety of pillows that aren’t so thick. Really enjoyed our stay."

"We were very happy with the condo. Clean, comfortable and a great price. The only issue was that it is under construction so when we got there, there was construction debris in and around the area. At first I didn't know if I was in the right place. But it all worked out and we had a good stay."

"The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need to prepare great meals. The bbq was clean and worked well. The hottub was awesome and was super clean. We saw deer out front and back and the beach is just across the street. Will definitely stay here again."
