The Space:

Living and dining

Open, bright and made for groups. Large windows face the ocean, with plush seating, a Smart TV and an electric fireplace for evenings after the beach. A long dining table seats everyone, so meals, card games and puzzles can share the same space.



Kitchen and breakfast

The full kitchen has a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker with coffee provided, plus full cookware and dishware. A waffle maker, waffle mix, syrup, sprinkles and chocolate chips are available for guests to make breakfast.



Hot tub and outdoors

A private hot tub, a fenced backyard and an EV charger in the garage. The beach is across from the home, with trails and Westport's marina a short drive away.



Game room

The garage game room has shuffleboard and foosball tables, plus Catan, Uno, puzzles and other board games for all ages.



Sleeping

• Sleeps up to 13 people.

Little ones are welcome here. Books and toys for ages 0 to 2, 2 to 5, 5 to 10 and 10 and up, ready for rainy afternoons, bedtime stories or a quiet moment after sandy shoes come off. Please return items before checkout.



Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer and toilet paper. Features include a deep soaking tub with sky views, a large shower, and a bathroom with two sinks shared by two bedrooms.



Laundry and workspace

In-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided. Dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi. Mini-split heating and air conditioning in each room.



Accessibility

ADA-compliant main level with step-free entry, bedroom and bathroom. The staircase to the upper level is steep, so please supervise children.



Parking

Two driveway spaces, one space in the right garage bay and one overflow space on the sand beside the driveway.



Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home, garage game room, hot tub and EV charger. Entry is by smart lock, with check-in instructions sent 24 hours before arrival.

Parking in Westport is plentiful and free, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace. However, if you prefer a hassle-free way to get around or plan to enjoy a night out, ride-sharing services like Lyft can be a great option.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
