"It's a pretty simple first floor apartment with the owner living upstairs. It's bigger than expected. Decent location about a 20-minute walk to downtown. "

It would be good if they can state one bed in each room just so guests are fully aware. The price didn’t seem too bad but seemed to be a little high...

"We wanted to be near our daughter on campus, but also wanted a roomy, quiet place to stay and this was perfect! Our adult son joined us and needed a place to work remotely. The duplex is on a quiet cul-de-sac about 10 minutes from campus. Loved the screened in porch, too. Communication with owners was top-notch! We've stayed at many VRBOs and this was probably the best communication I've experienced. All questions were answered promptly and when we needed to add a night, responded quickly. House...

"Our family had a great stay at this property. We appreciated how well the house and yard are maintained, the cleanliness of the house, and the thought that clearly went into the interior design. Kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessary tools, dish-ware and utensils, better than any other VRBO property that we have stayed at. Lots of games available to keep the family entertained. The outside deck overlooking the lake was a spectacular place to hang out."

"The house is very conveniently located to many restaurants and other convenience.We stayed for 3 weeks as a family of 5 and the house never really felt "too small" despite being snowed in for a few days. We visited for most of January during Heavy snow! Price Chopper, the closest grocery, is surprisingly well stocked with name brand items at, as the name suggests, good prices. It was our favorite nearby location for groceries, but we Also went to Healthy Living quite often as it's where there is...

"Loved! Loved! Loved! Beautiful house and yard. We were there for a family wedding. House is within walking distance to downtown Middlebury and the University. It is completely handicap friendly which was awesome since we were with my 92 year old stroke surviving father with a walker. The owner and VRBO team were great with communications. The house was well stocked. Would highly recommend for a great stay in Middlebury! "

"Owners's home. Stay in suite with private shower and sink, access via sliding doors to nice patio on the west side with distant lake view. Very nice and communicative hosts. Appreciate the hospitality. No access to kitchen/coffee etc, more like a hotel room within a house, but relatively affordable and very close to UVM campus, short walk to our son's dorm."

"Laurel was an excellent host, responded to all my inquiries quickly and with much appreciated wit! The place was clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. The house, as the pictures show, is right on the lake in a lovely quiet setting. Like a dream come true. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful location on Lake Champlain. Manager was very responsive. The camp has been in the managers family since it was built and has a great history the ownermanger shared with us. Driveway is very steep but well marked. Definitly stay here again if in the area"
